Don't you miss GHOTM!? I do! They were so much fun! I miss the camp fires and the talll tales every one used to tell. I miss the cool weather in the summer and the even cooler places we used to go! And the food! And the fact that I could eat all that food and still not be as chubby as I am today! Come on people let's hike!

Best of all, now that stupid Santa poll is no longer on the front page!!!!

I'll set one up for the coming year. Probably late May or early June. Whenever Keet Seel is open again. There'll likely be a bonus stop on the way back, at one of those hidden treasures.

I miss the GHOTMs as it's a great opportunity to reconnect with good friends.

I hope I can make it again to try Keet Steel. I had my pack down to 28 lbs last time. A first for me! Still trying to get it lite! Spent considerable time thinking/packing for it. Need to keep doing that. I know I bring too much that don't need, but keep thinking I need to be prepared for the unknown.

As Ambika said Tim, we miss you too!. Some of your trips and posts brought a smile to my face with silly things that occurred. Maybe I'll learn something from them, One can Hope, No?
