Hewitt station road was very nice. 172 was in good conditon, even for a car. 172A had some wash out ruts from the recent rains. 4x2 ok, car could propably make it if you go slow. Saw a Toyota Rav4 going to Rogers Trough as we were leaving. |

Actually, that last 3 miles to the trough was pretty rutted I thought. I'd hate to crush my exhaust on a passenger car. It was pretty obvious that there was some good rains around there recently. The rest of the road was pretty normal. |

Well I guess being in a Toyota 4runner made the trip a little easier. |
