Apropos nothing, I just found another dead cottontail in my front yard; second one this week with no visible trauma. Think one of my neighbors may be putting poison out. Hope I'm wrong but, if not, hope I can shame them into stopping. _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero

When the Man waked up he said, "What is Wild Dog doing here?" And the Woman said, "His name is not Wild Dog anymore, but the First Friend, because he will be our friend for always and always and always. Take him with you when you go hunting."

Whoaaaaaaaaaa that's serious. Poisoning !!!
Personally, I think I'd get the authorities involved.
What if a child got poisoned.
I hope you are wrong too!!! Why change your batting average? *giggle*

No husband here, but I do have a wife that feeds me, beers me, and makes me clean up after myself. |

Not many kids here in Sin City West; more concerned about one of the'senjis getting loose and finding it. Dew'll eat anything she can get in her mouth.
And you'll be more than welcome at any AZH get-togethers _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero

Ok I HAVE to say this out loud, it's bugging me!
When people say they are from "Sun City" or as you refered to "Sin City",
well... In Indiana, there is a nudist camp called "Sun City" and I can't help but get this crazy mental picture of all the retired people in Sun City West nude!!! Ok there I said it! Now back to the subject, which was?????

On occasion I ride thru south Chandler, near the reservation...there are a few dilapidated houses near the road...as I approach one house, every time, a dog runs out from behind the house and chases me...no threat, I'm as fast as Lance, but he gets some exercise, right next door is a house with a dog that is chained on maybe a five foot chain...when I pass him by, I slow down and throw a few dog biscuits to him. I can't imagine owning a pet to lock it in the yard.
